WESTERN FIRE & SAFETY CREW PERFORMS EMERGENCY REFILL OF OVER 100 - 45KG SYSTEM CYLINDERS AFTER A VESSEL CAUGHT FIRE OFF THE COAST OF WASHINGTON STATE, AND HAD TO DISCHARGE THEIR CARGO HOLD SYSTEM. WFS CREWS WERE ON BOARD IMMEDIATELY UPON THEIR ARRIVAL TO PORT, COORDINATING WITH EMERGENCY RESPONSE CONTROL FROM THE SEATTLE FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND THE US COAST GUARD, WHO WERE ALSO STANDING BY FOR THE EMERGENCY. OVER 10,000 POUNDS OF CO2 WAS DISCHARGED INTO THE CARGO HOLDS TO PUT THE FIRE OUT....
